Cancellation Policy

24 hours advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. Giving a day’s notice allows for someone else to schedule an appointment. In the event that you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your missed appointment, to be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows

Forgetting or consciously choosing to forgo an appointment for any reason will be considered a “no-show” and you will be charged for the appointment, to be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, the appointment may be shortened in order to honor the appointment times of those following you. If you arrive significantly late, I will decide if their is enough time remaining to start a treatment. In either case, you will be responsible for the cost of the full session.

Payment

Full payment is expected before or after treatment. Check and cash are acceptable forms of payment.
